Vision Therapist

Job description Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Therapist to join our team. As a Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing therapeutic vision services to our patients. You will work closely with the optometrist to assess their needs, develop treatment plans, and implement interventions to help them achieve their goals. Responsibilities Conduct initial assessments and evaluations of patients to determine their needs and develop appropriate treatment plans Provide individual therapy sessions to address a variety of visual concerns Collaborate with the optometrist to ensure comprehensive care for patients Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using electronic medical record systems Stay informed about current research and best practices in therapy techniques Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding vision issues Requirements -Previous experience as a Vision therapist/aid preferred Strong knowledge of medical terminology Experience working in an optical or ophthalmology setting is preferred Proficiency in using electronic medical record systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Join our team of dedicated professionals and make a difference in the lives of our patients. today!
