Job Description

Category Schools - OT Job Type Contract Step into a contract opportunity where your skills as a school-based Occupational Therapist are truly valued and nurtured. In this full-time onsite role, you'll have the chance to create a meaningful impact—working with students whose ages align with your personal interests, ensuring a fulfilling caseload. Orientation dates are set for August 3 and 4, 2026, with students arriving on August 10; the assignment will conclude just before summer break, on May 21, 2027. Here's what you can expect in this dynamic role:
Desired Qualifications or Experience:
Licensed Occupational Therapist with experience or interest in school-based settings Ability to engage and collaborate with students, staff, and families Enthusiasm for learning, innovation, and professional growth Adaptable to a variety of student needs across different age groups
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality occupational therapy services within the school environment, tailored to students' individual needs Conduct evaluations and develop intervention plans Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with educators and parents Maintain thorough documentation and comply with all deadlines Engage in monthly meetings and roundtable discussions with a team of fellow specialists Actively participate in annual performance reviews and regular 1:1 check-ins with leadership
