Job Description

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Step into a meaningful contract role providing school-based Occupational Therapy services for students from early childhood through 12th grade. This position is onsite, offering full-time hours (37.5 hours per week) with a supportive, growth-oriented environment. Orientation takes place August 3 and 4, 2026, with students returning on August 10, 2026. This opportunity extends through May 24, 2027. Qualifications And Preferred Experience Valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license and relevant credentials Experience working in a school-based setting is highly desirable Strong ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams Excellent communication and organizational skills Commitment to fostering student engagement and growth Role Responsibilities Deliver occupational therapy services onsite to students (EC-12th grade) Conduct assessments, develop individualized plans, and monitor progress Collaborate with educators and families to support each student's success Participate in monthly meetings, roundtable discussions, and regular 1:1 check-ins Stay current on best practices through access to professional development and process improvement activities Utilize provided equipment and testing materials to maximize student outcomes Engage in real-time collaboration with colleagues regionally via a user-friendly intranet platform Benefit from annual performance reviews to further your professional goals Professional Perks Immediate access to an experienced supervisor for guidance and problem solving Comprehensive "Buddy Program" to ensure a thorough and supportive orientation process Regular opportunities for learning, collaboration, and professional development Take advantage of a role that supports your growth while making a positive impact in students' educational journeys.
