Job Description

Supplemental Health Care is partnering with a supportive school district in Sycamore, IL seeking dedicated Occupational Therapists (OTs) for a school-based contract opportunity supporting students across multiple age groups. Whether you prefer working in early childhood, elementary, middle school, or high school settings, this position offers flexibility and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact throughout the school year.

Pay Rate:
$48-$53 per hour and a $3,000 Assignment Bonus• Caseload Options Opportunities are available across a variety of student populations, including: Early Childhood, Elementary School, Middle School, and High School Responsibilities Evaluate students and develop individualized therapy plans Provide direct occupational therapy services in educational settings Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student success Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Maintain accurate documentation and comply with school and state requirements Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions Qualifications Active Illinois Occupational Therapist License through IDFPR Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program Current state licensure required prior to start School-based experience preferred but not required Strong communication and collaboration skills Why Supplemental Health Care?
