Occupational Therapist - Full Time

Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program. Active Indiana Occupational Therapist license required to start the position. BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required. Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred. Proficiency with documentation standards for SNF settings, including Medicare/Medicaid documentation practices. Ability to perform evaluations, create treatment plans, and implement skilled OT interventions for geriatric and medically complex patients.
