In this role, you will provide expert occupational therapy services focused on hand and upper extremity rehabilitation. Your primary responsibilities will include delivering personalized treatment plans, assisting patients in regaining function and mobility, and supporting their recovery journey through evidence-based practices. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients' lives by restoring their independence and improving their quality of life. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients with hand and upper extremity injuries or conditions to determine appropriate therapeutic interventions. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific needs and goals. Deliver occupational therapy services with a focus on physical rehabilitation, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and functional training. Monitor patient progress regularly, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to optimize outcomes. Educate patients and their families about injury management, exercises, and strategies for ongoing recovery at home. Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation in compliance with healthcare standards and organizational policies. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including physicians, physical therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Stay current with advancements in occupational therapy practices related to hand therapy through ongoing professional development. Experience Proven experience in occupational therapy with a focus on hand or upper extremity rehabilitation preferred. Strong knowledge of clinical documentation standards and procedures. Experience in delivering physical rehabilitation occupational therapy services is essential. Excellent communication skills for effective patient education and interdisciplinary collaboration. Ability to assess complex cases accurately and develop effective treatment plans tailored to individual needs. Pay:
