  • Elkhart, IN Woodland Manor is seeking a compassionate PRN Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team in Elkhart, IN.
In this role, you will deliver high-quality therapy services designed to improve residents' independence, function, and overall quality of life.
What You'll Do:
Implement individualized treatment plans developed in collaboration with the rehabilitation team. Conduct thorough evaluations and establish measurable short
  • and long-term therapy goals.
Educate residents, families, and caregivers on techniques that support ongoing progress. Work closely with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate comprehensive care. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards.
What You'll Bring:
Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license in the state of Indiana. Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program. Commitment to patient-centered care and strong communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team.
