Responsibilities include:

Providing direct and consultative OT services to students across a diverse caseload Conducting assessments, creating individualized treatment plans, and tracking student progress Collaborating closely with educators, families, and other support staff to develop strategies that enable student success in the classroom Utilizing evidence-based interventions and up-to-date practices to facilitate skill acquisition and meet IEP goals Maintaining accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations Engaging in IEP meetings and contributing professional insights to help guide student planning Qualifications and desired experience: Hold an active OT license in Indiana (or eligibility to obtain) Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program Prior experience in a school setting is preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable with collaborative, multidisciplinary work environments Dedication to fostering a supportive, inclusive atmosphere This contract position may be renewed for future school years if it's a great match for you and the district.
