Job Description

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Step into a rewarding role where you can make a direct impact on students from pre-K through post-graduate levels. This contract opportunity offers the chance to work across all educational buildings in the Washington, IN area, collaborating with students who have occupational therapy needs as outlined in their IEPs. You'll serve a diverse caseload—up to 100 students—working closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to help each child reach their fullest potential.
Qualifications:
Indiana licensure for Occupational Therapy is required Experience or confidence working with school-aged children, from pre-K through post-grad Skilled in implementing IEPs and providing OT services within an educational environment Strong communication abilities for collaborating with educators, staff, and families Ability to manage a dynamic caseload with professionalism and compassion
Responsibilities:
Deliver occupational therapy services to students in accordance with their IEPs Travel between multiple school buildings within the area as part of your weekly assignment Document progress, maintain student records, and communicate effectively with school teams Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to IEP development and evaluation Support classrooms and teachers by providing strategies and accommodations tailored to student needs Enjoy the stability of a 5-day week totaling 37.5 hours, working from October 10 through December 18.
