Join a Team on the Rise at Heritage Grove Estates - Topeka, KS Occupational Therapist (OT) - Full-Time + PRN $5,000 Sign-On Bonus In-House / Flexibility / Supportive Environment NEW Owners and Director of Rehab who are focused on collaboration and quality patient care Heritage Grove Estates is seeking a passionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our growing in-house rehabilitation team in Topeka, KS. With exciting changes under NEW management , this is a great opportunity to be part of a supportive team focused on delivering compassionate, resident-centered care and creating meaningful outcomes for our residents. At Heritage Grove Estates, we believe therapy is more than treatment — it's about helping residents regain independence, confidence, and quality of life in a collaborative and encouraging environment.
