Key Qualifications & Experience:

Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in the state of Kentucky, or eligibility to obtain Experience in therapy for critically ill and rehabilitation patients preferred Strong commitment to patient and employee safety Excellent communication and teamwork skills Previous supervision of COTAs and/or OT students is a plus

Core Responsibilities:

Assess patients' functional status and create individualized treatment plans Implement evidence-based interventions and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams Promote safety in all aspects of patient interaction and workplace activity Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation and progress notes Support discharge planning, including education and equipment recommendations Mentor therapy assistants and participate in orientation of new staff and students
