Machine Operator - 3rd shift Assembly

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Write routine reports and fill out production tickets Check bars against quality check sheets and known quality defects to ensure top quality of part Perform basic machine checks Meet required cycle times on any machine Rotate among all machines within the department Perform 6s activities Clean and maintain work area Perform minor preventative maintenance Comply with all safety policies, practices, and procedures Report all unsafe acts to a supervisor Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals Other duties as assigned Ability to read and interpret documents and communicate effectively with others Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Willingness to learn new skills Ability to regularly stand, walk, reach, stoop, push, pull, talk and hear Ability to lift 25 pounds regularly and continuously during an 8 hour shift
