BHMG Physical Therapy Duval St CHT required -Occupational Hand Therapist or Physical Hand Therapist Baptist Health Physical Therapy is part of the outpatient services of Baptist Health Medical Group (BHMG) which is a comprehensive network that includes over 1,100 physicians and advanced practice clinicians across Kentucky and Indiana. Evaluates the patient's comprehensive health care needs in the outpatient clinic and implements an appropriate plan according to those needs utilizing the physician, community resources and the patient's support system. Utilize critical thinking skills for the care of the patient. Provides skilled therapy procedures/assessments and instructs patients and their families in the plan of care. Utilize electronic records to document treatment & care.
Requirements:
