Occupational Therapist Kentucky state license and national certification/registration are required and BLS training is required after hire. Provides direct occupational therapy services according to the Occupational Therapy standards of practice, regulatory agencies and institution, while collaborating with other disciplines to ensure maximum level of care for patients. Supervises subordinate staff members in delivery of care.
