13-Week Contract Schedule Information Day shift 8:00 AM-4:30 PM 13-week assignment Occupational Therapist Requirements Occupational therapy education and license applicable to the assignment At least one year of experience Experience treating patients with lymphedema-related needs Lymphedema training or certification as required by the facility Ability to develop treatment plans focused on functional independence and activities of daily living Strong clinical documentation, patient education, and teamwork skills Ability to meet all applicable HealthTrust credential requirements Key Responsibilities Evaluate patients who need occupational therapy, including those with lymphedema-related needs. Develop individualized treatment plans and provide interventions to improve daily function. Provide lymphedema management within the therapist's training and credentials. Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate. Educate patients and caregivers on treatment and ongoing care. Document evaluations, treatments, outcomes, and discharge plans.
