Requirements Applicants must have an active Kentucky Occupational Therapist license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Kentucky license. These qualifications include a degree from an ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy program, subsequent passing of the National Board of Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT®) examination and fulfilling the state's requirements for licensure. Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Proof of eligibility will be required upon offer of employment.About HTS:
