Make an immediate impact supporting students across all grade levels as a dedicated onsite occupational therapist. In this itinerant role, youll collaborate with educators and families to help students thrive academically, socially, and functionally. Youll work full time in a dynamic school environment, serving a diverse K-12 caseload of approximately 75-100 students.

Key Qualifications:

Valid and current Occupational Therapist state license Experience or strong interest in school-based OT services Ability to manage and organize a varied caseload working with students in general and special education Strong communication and collaboration skills with staff, students, and families Knowledge of and adherence to relevant federal, state, and school regulations

Core Responsibilities:

Evaluate students needs and implement individualized OT treatment plans Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services onsite Support students development in fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, and participation in classroom routines Document assessments, interventions, and progress clearly and compliantly Attend and provide expertise in team meetings, IEP conferences, and consultations with educators and families Adapt strategies to meet the needs of diverse learners and facilitate their participation in school activities
