Qualifications and Experience:

Active OT license in Massachusetts, or eligibility for licensure Prior background in school-based occupational therapy highly preferred Strong communication skills to collaborate with educators, families, and fellow clinicians Demonstrated ability to manage a diverse caseload and adapt to changing needs Creative problem-solving skills to develop and implement individualized intervention plans

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive OT assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Deliver direct and consultative OT services to students across two school sites within the district Maintain accurate records, document progress, and complete necessary reports in a timely manner Participate in IEP meetings, providing insight and recommendations to school teams and families Consult with teachers, staff, and family members to support inclusive classroom environments This position offers the chance to positively impact students lives while gaining valuable experience across different school settings.
