Role Summary:
The Part Time Occupational Therapist will assess, plan, and implement therapeutic interventions & run groups for clients in our PHP/IOP programs. This role focuses on improving clients' daily living, emotional regulation, and work-related skills while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct client assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Deliver evidence-based OT interventions targeting mental health and life skills Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure integrated, holistic care Educate clients and families on treatment strategies and progress Document progress and adjust plans as needed Support adolescents and adults in managing mental health challenges Participate in team meetings and continuing education
Qualifications:
Master's in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Licensed or license-eligible in Massachusetts NBCOT certification Experience in mental health or partial hospitalization setting Strong communication and teamwork skills Experience working with adolescents and adults in group settings
