Visiting Nurse and Community Care has been providing quality care to our patients for over 115 years in Arlington and surrounding communities. We are looking for talented Occupational Therapists to join our organization.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement occupational therapy plans of care ensuring quality and safe delivery of occupational therapy home health care services. Work directly with patients to achieve maximum physical recovery. Evaluate effects of therapy treatment and communicate patients' progress. Record and document patient care services. Promote education for clients, client families and the community. Coordinate provision of occupational therapy home health care services that reflect VNCC's philosophy and standards of home health for assigned clients.
Qualifications:
Current OT license in MA required Two (2) years experience in home health care, elder services, and/or public health preferred. Strong assessment skills needed. Excellent communication skills with a customer service orientation necessary. Ability to build rapport with patients. Visiting Nurse & Community Care is an equal opportunity employer.
