Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Master's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution Valid state licensure to practice as an Occupational Therapist Previous experience in a school-based setting is highly valued Strong commitment to meeting the unique individual needs of K-12 students Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Ability to adapt therapy techniques to a diverse range of student abilities and backgrounds

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services in accordance with students' Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to support student goals Conduct assessments and develop targeted intervention plans tailored to each student's needs Maintain accurate, timely documentation of services, progress notes, and updates on student performance Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team discussions regarding student development Provide expertise and resources that empower educators and caregivers to facilitate student learning and independence You'll enjoy working within a supportive team that embraces collaboration and values your professional insight.
