9683031-02139 Job Description Make an impact in the lives of middle and high school students by providing essential occupational therapy services on a flexible contract basis. This opportunity allows you to bring your expertise to a close-knit educational environment, working approximately 8 hours per week across two days that best fit your schedule. Youll work with a manageable caseload of about 8 students, offering both individual and small-group sessions. Sessions are typically 30 minutes and will be tailored to student needs. Your skills will support students development and participation in school routines, collaborating closely with educational teams while enjoying autonomy over your working hours. Please note that caseload and scheduling details may evolve throughout the year as student needs change.

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT) Experience with school-based or pediatric OT services Ability to provide direct services for middle and high school students Skill in managing both individual and small-group sessions Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and staff Strong documentation, organizational, and time management abilities

Responsibilities:

Assess students needs and develop individualized intervention plans Deliver direct OT services according to IEP goals Monitor and document student progress Collaborate with teachers and support staff to maximize student outcomes Adjust therapeutic approaches as student needs evolve Participate in periodic meetings, including at least one annual reevaluation This contract opportunity offers tremendous flexibilityyoull have input in arranging your weekly schedule, making it easy to balance with other commitments.
