This contract position offers the chance to work closely with a small, manageable caseload—around 11 students—delivering both direct support and consultative services for the remainder of the school year, with the potential for continued work in the next school year. Take on a part-time schedule, providing services two days a week. Engage students individually or in small groups, typically in 20-30 minute sessions once or twice each week. You'll work collaboratively alongside educational professionals to help each student reach their highest potential.

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

Valid Occupational Therapist license for practice in Massachusetts Previous experience providing OT services in a school setting is highly valued Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration Ability to organize and manage a caseload efficiently Comfort with both direct therapy and consultative support models Ability to assess, develop, and implement individualized therapy plans

Role Responsibilities:
