Qualifications:
Valid and active OT license in Massachusetts Experience or interest in providing OT services in school settings Familiarity with IEP development and documentation Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to effectively manage a diverse caseload across multiple grade levels
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough assessments of students to determine their needs and develop individualized treatment plans Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy sessions as outlined by students' IEPs Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to promote positive student outcomes Maintain comprehensive records, progress notes, and required documentation in compliance with school and legal regulations Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for classroom adaptations and interventions Monitor progress and adjust interventions to maximize student participation and independence Enjoy a consistent schedule of 12-15 hours per week, Monday through Friday, starting August 2026 and concluding in June 2027.
