What You Bring:

Valid Massachusetts OT or COTA credential/certification Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings a plus Familiarity with IEPs, progress reporting, and collaborating with educators Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Adaptability and creativity in addressing individual student needs

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct and indirect occupational therapy services to K-12 students Conduct assessments, develop goals, and create/update intervention plans Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and other professionals Maintain timely and compliant documentation Monitor student progress and make data-driven adjustments Foster a positive, supportive therapy environment enriching student growth
