Company DescriptionCape Cod Hand & Upper Extremity Therapy is an outpatient rehabilitation practice that specializes in hand and upper extremity rehabilitation. As Certified Hand Therapists (CHTs), we have the highest levels of certification in the profession for treating the hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder. Our facilities are equipped to offer our patients an excellent opportunity to reach their optimal functional abilities. Managed and operated by Occupational Therapists mandates that patient care is our number one priority. We take pride in the level of personal and compassionate care that is delivered; emphasizing a `hands-on´ approach to rehabilitation and exercise.

Job DescriptionWe are currently looking for a dedicated and motivated individual with an entrepreneurial attitude to join our team as a Clinic Director. This is an excellent opportunity to lead and grow an existing clinic with a high level of patient care and friendly environment, where your performance will be rewarded.

The Director is responsible for the overall leadership and operation of the facility; focusing on providing quality patient care. In addition, this person will be responsible for marketing of facility and staff development along with clinic care.

QualificationsGraduate from an accredited collegeCHT certificationHands experience requiredPrevious staff supervisory responsibility, preferably in an outpatient orthopedic clinic setting.

Current state of Massachusetts license, CPR certification.

Outgoing and energetic personality.

Ability to market the clinic.
