This flexible contract position offers a choice between a full-time schedule of 32.5 hours per week or a 4-day workweek totaling 24 hours, allowing you to tailor your work-life balance while making a difference. As a district-wide occupational therapist, you'll collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized plans and interventions for students with varying needs.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Valid and current Occupational Therapy license in Massachusetts Previous experience as a school-based OT or working with pediatric populations preferred Strong understanding of IEP processes, service documentation, and progress tracking Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to travel between multiple schools within the district as needed

Responsibilities:
