Qualifications & Experience:

Current, active Occupational Therapy (OT) license (required) Experience providing occupational therapy to children or adolescents, ideally in a school environment Comfortable adapting strategies for a variety of ages and learning needs across elementary, middle, and high school populations Strong communication and documentation skills to collaborate effectively with educational teams Genuine passion for fostering student growth and independence

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments, develop individualized OT plans, and implement therapy for students ranging from K-12 Collaborate with teachers, families, and support personnel to maximize student engagement and learning Monitor and track student progress, adjusting interventions as needed Maintain accurate records in accordance with school and regulatory requirements Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expert insight to the educational team This is a per diem onsite contract position for the 2026-2027 school year, with flexible hours being confirmed.
