Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) - Per Diem 6-10 Hours/Week | Afternoons/Evenings | Lexington, MA KidLink Therapy is looking for a pediatric occupational therapist to join our team for a small, consistent after-school caseload of approximately 6-10 hours per week . This is a great fit for an OT who already works in a school, hospital, early intervention program, or another setting and would like to add a few hours of meaningful pediatric clinical work — without taking on another full or part time position.

The Position We are currently looking for an OT who can provide approximately 6-10 treatment hours per week during high-demand after-school and/or early evening hours . The position is primarily treatment-focused and includes: Providing individualized pediatric OT sessions Developing creative, functional treatment plans based on each child's needs Completing timely treatment documentation Communicating with parents regarding progress, strategies, and home carryover Collaborating with the KidLink clinical team when helpful Participating in evaluation or consultation work based on experience, interest, and clinic needs We have strong demand during these hours, so there is an opportunity to build a consistent recurring caseload rather than relying on sporadic per-diem coverage. What We're Looking For You may be a great fit if you: Are a licensed Occupational Therapist in Massachusetts Are NBCOT certified Enjoy working and playing with children Have pediatric experience or a strong interest in developing pediatric expertise Think beyond worksheets and isolated skills and enjoy looking at the whole child Value collaboration with parents as part of effective pediatric treatment Are dependable and able to commit to consistent weekly after-school/evening availability Experience working with children and some sensory integration training is needed.
