Key Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Valid Occupational Therapist license for the state of Massachusetts Experience working in school settings, particularly with middle and high school students Ability to deliver both individual and small-group sessions effectively Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with students, staff, and families Commitment to supporting students progress in academic and social contexts Adaptability as caseload needs and schedules may shift throughout the school year

Responsibilities:

Provide individualized and group occupational therapy services to a caseload of approximately 8 students Create and implement targeted intervention plans that address students unique needs Participate in student assessments, including occasional reevaluations Document student progress and update goals as needed in collaboration with the school team Collaborate with educators, other therapists, and support staff to enhance students learning experience Work proactively with the school to adjust service frequency or scheduling as caseloads change This is an excellent opportunity to contribute meaningfully in a supportive, flexible environment.
