Key Qualifications:

Hold a current Massachusetts Occupational Therapy License Prior experience or strong interest in school-based OT practice Prepared to work with students from kindergarten through twelfth grade Excellent communication and collaboration skills to partner with educators, families, and support staff Commitment to fostering positive relationships and promoting students individual growth

Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students with a variety of needs Provide direct therapy services and consultative support to students, teachers, and families Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to create supportive classroom environments Monitor progress and document interventions in accordance with state and district policies Contribute to IEP meetings and adjustment of strategies as required to meet evolving student needs Stay current with best practices and trends in pediatric and school-based occupational therapy Whats in it for you?
