Utilize your expertise in Occupational Therapywhether as an Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)to empower students with diverse needs and make a lasting difference in their day-to-day lives. Start as soon as possible and continue through December 30, 2026, working closely with a manageable caseload of 2028 students.

Qualifications:

Active Massachusetts OT or COTA licensure Experience working in schools, healthcare, or home health settings (preferred) Strong communication skills for collaborating with students, families, and school staff Passion for supporting student development and educational success Organized, flexible, and able to manage caseload efficiently

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver direct therapy and consultative services to K-12 students based on their individualized education programs (IEPs) Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other professionals to develop and implement student plans Conduct evaluations and monitor student progress, providing data-driven recommendations Participate in IEP meetings and document all clinical services as required Support a variety of functional, sensory, and adaptive skill development in the school setting This contract offers a competitive pay range of $45-50 per hour, reflecting your valuable skills and commitment.
