Qualifications:

Current and valid MA OT or COTA credential required Experience in schools, healthcare, or home health environments preferred Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit Passion for supporting K-12 students with varying levels of need

Responsibilities:

Manage a caseload of 20-28 students Conduct assessments and deliver occupational therapy services for K-12 students Develop and monitor individualized programs in concert with school teams Maintain records, develop progress reports, and participate in meetings as needed Foster a positive, encouraging environment for students to thrive
