Job Description

Spot on Speech Therapy, Inc (www.spotonspeechtherapy.com) is hiring a part-time licensed occupational therapist. Spot on Speech Therapy a pediatric private practice that provides high-quality home-based and school-based speech and occupational therapy services in the Greater Boston area. We are looking for an occupational therapist for after school hours/weekend hours to provide in-home therapy in areas including but not limited to Wellesley, Newton, Needham, Weston, Arlington, Belmont and Lexington. Flexible number of hours (from 5-10).
Job Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments Provide therapy services to pediatric clients working on sensory processing, fine motor skill development, visual-motor integration Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes. Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment plans Collaborate with a client's family and school providers Educate clients and their families about treatment options and strategies for managing daily activities. What are we looking for in a candidate? AOTA certification and licensure to work in Massachusetts Degree in Occupational Therapy Minimum two years pediatric experience preferred.
