Flexible scheduling is available:

enjoy full-time hours at 32.5 per week, or choose a reduced 4-day schedule with 24 hours.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in the state Experience or strong interest in working within school settings Familiarity with individualized education plans (IEPs) and adapting interventions for diverse learning needs Effective collaboration skills for partnering with teachers, families, and other specialists Strong communication and organization abilities

Role Responsibilities:

Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services to a caseload of about 30 students across multiple schools within the district Assess students and develop targeted intervention strategies to promote fine/gross motor, sensory processing, and adaptive skills Contribute to multidisciplinary teams in developing and updating IEP goals and participate in IEP meetings as needed Maintain timely, accurate documentation for evaluations, progress notes, and required reports Collaborate with school staff and families to ensure carryover of strategies and support across environments
