We take a strengths-based approach to working with clients and are committed to providing a positive and supportive environment for clients and staff. About the Position We are currently seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team. This position is part-time (24hours) to full-time (40 hours). Opportunity for immediate full-time hours requiring Tuesday - Saturday schedule. Occupational Therapist Duties and Responsibilities Planning and implementing client-centered, goal-oriented treatment plans. Liaising with other healthcare professionals and with clients' families, teachers, caretakers and care teams. Keeping patient records written and updated. Writing reports and care plans and attending multidisciplinary case meetings to plan and review ongoing treatments. Referring patients to other specialists where needed. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required Active occupational therapy or occupational therapy assistant license in the state of Massachusetts. Ability to multi-task and work independently. Ability to maintain a clean and orderly workspace in shared clinic area. Knowledge of clinical facilities and equipment. Project CHILLD provides all training required to ensure employee safety.
