Qualifications and Experience:

Masters degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Active OT state licensure (or eligibility) in Massachusetts Certification from NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) Previous experience delivering OT services in a school-based environment preferred Strong understanding of IEP processes and educational team collaboration Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills

Key Responsibilities:

Assess students needs and develop intervention strategies to enhance educational access and participation Create and implement tailored treatment plans in coordination with teachers and other support staff Provide direct and consultative OT services in accordance with each students IEP Document progress, attend IEP meetings, and communicate effectively with educators and families Collaborate across school sites to ensure high-quality, consistent care for your student caseload As part of this contract role, you will enjoy the flexibility of working within a school calendar and the satisfaction of knowing your expertise supports childrens growth and learning every day.
