Since we are owned and operated by therapists, we understand the unique needs of therapists. Boston Speech Therapy is seeking a dedicated full-time Occupational Therapist to work in a school-based setting. This role will involve working with students to enhance their daily living skills and improve their functionality within the school environment. The caseload is at an elementary school serving students from kindergarten through 5th grade. Responsibilities Assess students' physical, emotional, and developmental needs. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to support students' success. Provide direct therapy services to students as outlined in their IEPs. Monitor and report on student progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary. Requirements Master's degree in Occupational Therapy Current licensure or certification as an Occupational Therapist in Massachusetts Experience working in school settings preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively with educators and parents Effective organizational and time management skills Benefits 1099 contract Competitive pay rate Full-time position 65 to 70 per hour
