Qualifications:
Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Active OT state licensure (or eligibility to obtain prior to start) Previous experience in school-based or pediatric OT (preferred) Passion for supporting elementary-age students (K-5) Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
Deliver direct and consultative OT services for K-5 students Assess, document, and monitor student progress Collaborate with classroom teachers, special educators, and families Develop IEP goals and contribute to educational planning Participate in team meetings and school-wide initiatives
