As a Per Diem Occupational Therapist, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality rehabilitation services to our patients. Responsibilities:
Evaluate patients' physical and occupational abilities to develop individualized treatment plans Design and implement effective occupational therapy programs to improve patients' functional abilities and independence Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care Document patient progress and maintain accurate records Participate in quality assurance and quality improvement initiatives Provide education and training to patients, families, and caregivers
Requirements:
