Job Description
Responsibilities:
Evaluate patients' physical and occupational abilities to develop individualized treatment plans Design and implement effective occupational therapy programs to improve patients' functional abilities and independence Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care Document patient progress and maintain accurate records Participate in quality assurance and quality improvement initiatives Provide education and training to patients, families, and caregiversRequirements:
Current license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Massachusetts Bachelor's or Master's degree inOccupational Therapy What We Offer:
