Desired Skills & Experience:

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver occupational therapy services to students according to IEP or 504 plans, focusing on skill building and maximizing student participation in educational activities Assess students needs through standardized tests, observations, and collaboration with educators and families Create and monitor intervention plans with measurable goals Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation and progress reports in compliance with state and district guidelines Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary team consultations Provide training and resources to school staff to support student success
