New Graduates Welcome About Kids N Fun Therapy Kids N Fun Therapy is a pediatric outpatient therapy clinic dedicated to supporting children and families through fun, play-based, and sensory-informed occupational therapy. We believe in meeting each child where they are and partnering closely with families to support meaningful participation in daily activities. We foster a supportive and collaborative environment and provide mentorship to help therapists grow with confidence—especially those new to pediatric practice. Position Overview We are seeking a Full-Time or Part-Time Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) to join our pediatric team. This position is open to new graduates and therapists of all experience levels. Mentorship and guidance will be provided to support clinical growth and confidence. Key Responsibilities Provide pediatric occupational therapy services in an outpatient setting Evaluate and treat children with developmental delays, sensory processing challenges, motor delays, autism, and related diagnoses Design and implement individualized, play-based treatment plans Provide caregiver education and home program recommendations Complete documentation (evaluations, daily notes, progress reports) in a timely manner Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members Maintain a safe, engaging, and child-friendly therapy environment Qualifications Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy Current Massachusetts OT license (or eligibility) NBCOT certification (or exam scheduled) New graduates are encouraged to apply Strong communication and interpersonal skills Passion for working with children and families Willingness to learn and grow in a pediatric setting What We Offer $1,000 Sign-On Bonus Competitive pay based on experience Flexible scheduling (weekday and/or weekend availability) Mentorship and clinical support, especially for new graduates Supportive, family-centered work environment Opportunities for professional growth in pediatrics
