Full-Time LTC Therapy:

Worcester Worcester, MA $42-$46/hour LTC Therapy is seeking a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our rehabilitation team in Worcester. This is an opportunity to work with both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care residents, helping individuals regain independence and improve their ability to perform meaningful daily activities.

Position Responsibilities:

Evaluate residents' functional abilities, strength, mobility, and activities of daily living Develop individualized treatment plans designed to maximize independence and quality of life Provide evidence-based occupational therapy interventions for orthopedic, neurological, and medically complex conditions Recommend adaptive equipment and educate residents, families, and caregivers on safe techniques Monitor resident progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate Collaborate with Physical Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, nursing staff, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory guidelines Why Join LTC Therapy? Qualifications:

Active Massachusetts Occupational Therapist license required Strong clinical assessment and communication skills Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience is preferred but not required New graduates are encouraged to apply Direct Hire. No Agency.
