Job Description

Occupational Therapist (OT) - Full-Time Autumn Lake at Spa Creek Annapolis, MD $43-$50/hour Ultimate Therapy is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our rehabilitation team. This position offers the opportunity to work with residents in a skilled nursing and post-acute care setting, helping them improve independence, safety, and participation in daily activities.
Position Responsibilities:
Complete occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans based on resident needs and goals Provide treatment focused on activities of daily living (ADLs), upper extremity function, balance, coordination, cognition, and safety awareness Recommend adaptive equipment and compensatory strategies to support resident independence Collaborate with nursing, therapy staff, physicians, and family members to coordinate care and support resident goals Monitor progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate to maximize outcomes Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility standards Why Join Autumn Lake at

Qualifications:
