  • 53/hour Ultimate Therapy is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our skilled nursing rehabilitation team.
This role offers the opportunity to help residents improve daily function, mobility, safety, and overall quality of life through individualized occupational therapy services.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform occupational therapy evaluations and establish personalized treatment goals Provide therapy focused on self-care tasks, upper extremity function, cognition, and adaptive techniques Recommend and train residents on adaptive equipment and environmental modifications Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to support continuity of care and discharge planning Maintain timely and compliant documentation
