Job DescriptionAgape is looking for a dedicated and skilled Occupational Therapist to provide coverage in our outpatient clinics. As an integral member of our rehabilitation services, you will provide comprehensive occupational therapy services to help patients improve their ability to perform daily living and working activities.

Conduct thorough patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findingsImplement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities and independenceCreate and modify treatment programs to meet specific patient needs and goalsRecommend and train patients in the use of adaptive equipment and environmental modificationsDocument patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes using electronic medical recordsCollaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient careProvide education and training to patients, families, and caregiversMaintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with healthcare regulationsAssess workplace ergonomics and recommend modifications when neededParticipate in team meetings and care planning sessionsQualificationsGraduate degree from an accredited occupational therapy or physical therapy programCurrent state license to practice as an occupational or physical therapist in the United StatesCurrent CPR certificationNew or recent graduates are welcomed and encouraged to apply!

Additional InformationThe anticipated base salary range for this position is $85,000-$100,000. Salary is based on various factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation. The Company's incentive compensation plan is subject to change. Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and other benefits are also available, subject to the terms of the Company's plan.
