What We're Looking For:

Licensed Occupational Therapist with current credentials Extensive experience in pediatric or school-based OT settings is highly preferred Comfort providing services both in-person and, if needed, through teletherapy platforms Ability to design and implement individualized therapy plans addressing various student needs Excellent communication skills to collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams A passion for empowering high school-aged students to achieve their fullest potential

Primary Responsibilities Include:

Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing tailored intervention strategies Facilitating therapy sessions within the school environment, focusing on functional, academic, and social participation goals Providing resources and recommendations to families and school staff Maintaining detailed documentation of student progress in compliance with state and federal guidelines Participating in IEP meetings and supporting ongoing progress monitoring This role offers a competitive salary ranging from $65,500 to $76,000, commensurate with your experience.
