Job Description
Hallmark Therapeutic Services is seeking a passionate Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our growing, collaborative team within our outpatient pediatric clinic. This is an excellent opportunity for an OT who enjoys working in a structured, play-based clinic environment and values collaboration, creativity, and flexibility. You will work with children presenting with a range of needs, including developmental delays, sensory processing differences, and autism spectrum disorder, supporting their independence and participation in daily activities through engaging, individualized therapy. We are looking for an OT who is hands-on, engaging, and confident in pediatric therapy, and who enjoys building strong relationships with families and children over time. Consistent weekly caseload available, allowing you to build strong rapport with clients and maintain schedule stability. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive pediatric occupational therapy evaluations within a clinic setting Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans Provide engaging, play-based therapy targeting: Fine motor development Sensory processing and regulation Activities of daily living (ADLs) Support independence with dressing, feeding, grooming, and functional tasks Provide parent coaching and home program strategies to support carryover Collaborate with speech therapists and other team members within the clinic Maintain timely and accurate documentation (evaluations, daily notes, progress reports) Qualifications Master's degree in Occupational Therapy Active Maryland OT license (or eligibility) NBCOT certification Strong understanding of pediatric development and sensory processing Ability to work independently within a clinic setting Strong communication and organizational skills Preferred Experience Pediatric outpatient or clinic-based experience Experience with sensory integration and play-based therapy approaches Experience working with neurodivergent children (e.g., ASD, ADHD) Comfort with caregiver coaching and family-centered care Benefits Flexible schedule Competitive hourly rates Supportive, team-oriented clinic environment Access to therapy materials and resources Opportunities for growth within a growing pediatric practice Why Join Hallmark Therapeutic Services?
