Qualifications:
Valid Occupational Therapist license issued by the state of Maryland Previous school-based OT experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Adaptability and enthusiasm for working with diverse learners
Responsibilities:
Deliver occupational therapy services to students at two school locations on the south end of the county Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to foster student success Assess individual needs and create targeted intervention plans Monitor and document student progress, adjusting strategies as needed Contribute to a supportive, inclusive school environment
