Desired Qualifications:

Valid Occupational Therapist license (OTR/L) in Maryland Previous experience providing OT in school, pediatric, home health, healthcare, or teletherapy settings School-based OT experience highly preferred Strong ability to work with mostly high school-age students Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Commitment to fostering a nurturing and inclusive learning environment

Role Responsibilities:

Conduct student assessments to identify OT needs and develop individualized plans Deliver direct therapy services to high school-aged students, supporting their academic and social success Collaborate closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective interventions Maintain organized documentation, track progress, and adjust treatment plans as needed Provide teletherapy support as required for student continuity of care Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team-based educational planning
